Volatility detection

Definition: Grease volatility (evaporation♥≈ loss) refers to the degree of eva'§poration loss of base oil in±® grease under high-temperature condi±δtions.

① The smaller the evaporation loss, ‌↕the better the high-temperatur £↑∑e performance of the gr$δease.

② Grease evaporation loss  €→depends on the type, properti≥ ‌™es, and distillation composition of th© e base oil used in the grease.

③ Excessive evaporation loss  ☆♣can lead to an increased conc&≤εentration of the thick≈★ener in the grease, which may cause t≤≥he grease to harden, increase frict✔®ion, and shorten its sφ≈"ervice life.
